1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or site.

3. Orders and Payments

All custom orders require a 50% upfront payment to begin production. The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion and before delivery. Prices are in AED and subject to VAT. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards.

4. Delivery and Turnaround

Estimated timelines are shared upon confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, logistics, or natural events. Clients should inspect products within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Design Approval and Proofing

Clients are responsible for final proofing. We are not liable for design errors after approval. Post-approval changes may result in extra costs.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Partial refunds may apply for canceled orders if production hasn't started. No refunds for custom items once production begins. Defective products caused by our error will be replaced or reprinted.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for having legal rights to submitted content. We reserve the right to display completed works unless written objection is received.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including delays or interruptions of service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Legal matters will be handled in Abu Dhabi jurisdiction.
